I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist located in the Ocean Beach area. I provide individual and couples therapy as well as empowerment support groups. My approach is non-judgmental and compassionate. I believe we can all use support at various times throughout our lives. Change can be difficult. Even positive changes can bring about uncertainties. My focus is on the whole person: mind, body and spirit.
In addition to life transitions, I've specialized in domestic violence, grief/loss, sexual abuse, divorce, and trauma. We all want to know: Who am I? What do I want? How do I start the process towards growth and change? We deserve to be happy. Life is a process, ready to start to exploring yours?
